And Pilate wrote a title and pit it on the cross. And the writing was, JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS.

Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also the coat; now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout.
They said therefore among themselves, Let us not tear it but cast lots for it, whose it shall be,

And the veil of the temple was rent (torn) in two from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent (broke);
Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying,
