Alabando a Dios durante el culto
(Tuesday night worship service)

Our sister church has a powerful Tuesday night pray service. They have a Sunday service with Sunday school classes. Around the end of August 2005 they began a Saturday worship service so that more people could come and hear the word of God. Assistant pastor Perojo leads the Saturday service. SAB supports seven missions and have just recently added an eighth. The have a 20 member "Leaders of 10" evangelism team. They have a theatrical ministry, ministry of dance, of corporal expression and a praise and worship team. Each Friday night they have cell groups that meet and have Bible study similar to the Christ Care groups at Lake Shore. There is also a Thursday night worship service.

  A Charge to Keep
Leaders of the Covenant

Glen Duane Drummond, Jr. of Lake Shore (center) and Leivis Díaz González of La Iglesia Metodista en San Antonio de los Baños (right) are the two respective covenant leaders. They are responsible for keeping the flame alive within our hearts for our covenant. They will lead their respective church covenant teams and are charged with maintaining and spreading interest and awareness within their congregations about the covenant we share. Alicia Daniélle Drummond of Lake Shore (not shown) and Yanira Ramírez González of La Iglesia Metodista en San Antonio de los Baños (left) are the communication interchange coordinators and are charged with maintaining a strong and constant communication between our two churches. Debbie Wiggins of LSUMC is the leader of communication between the music ministries. ACT 29 is the LSUMC covenant team and is comprised of a core group of members that will meet monthly to praise and worship, pray for SAB and exchange ideas on how we can improve and strengthen the covenant and how we can mutually assist each other in growing own churches.

And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, ate their food with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved. Acts 2:46-47

Hechos 2:46-47
